DTZ1513 is a new generation high precision multi-functional smart energy meter with modular design. The meter was built for measuring electrical energy for power plants, high voltage substations, distribution substations and industrial customers with an ultra-high accuracy. With exchangeable communication modules, it provides easier management and maintenance for the power utility. It can be utilized for prepayment and post payment applications (Option for power utilities).

DTZ1513 has multiple revenue protection features for power utilities, such as cover opening detection, bypass detection, and can withstand 500mT magnetic tampering, withstand 35kV discharge. DTZ1513 can utilize GPRS for a low-cost & ultra-low power consumption communication. Moreover, it supports IPv6 for a more efficient and secure communication.
